Join one of our trainers for an hour and thirty of unique exercises outside to get you fitter. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. This is great fun in larger groups and we welcome large groups.
Teenage kids especially like this type of training and you could come and train with them and get them moving if applicable.
